Dr.Xuemei Sun received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (majoring in Global Business) from Khon Kaen University, and a Master's Degree in English for Career from Thammasat University. She obtained Ph.D. in Management from National Institute of Development Administration. She had been an advisor for master’s students at Panyapiwat Institute of Management before joining the ICO NIDA. She also held various visiting lecturer positions with Stamford International University, Saint John’s University, and Prince of Songkla University (Trang Campus). She has experiences in teaching international marketing management, managing global business, marketing as value creation, research methodology and introduction to statistics. Her research background and interests are in the field of knowledge management, organizational behaviors, organizational management, consumer behaviors and quantitative research methodologies.
