
Dr. Leehsing Lu is a seasoned scholar-practitioner with over four decades of experience spanning business, entrepreneurship, academia, and social leadership. He earned his Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University, USA, following a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Navigation from National Taiwan Ocean University, Taiwan.
Dr. Lu is the Founder and President of the Asia Organization Development Network (AODN), where he has led the establishment of regional branches across Asia and hosts annual international OD conferences. He has also served in key academic leadership roles, including Associate Dean of the Graduate School of Business, Advanced Technology, and Management in Thailand, and held international program directorships at universities in the United States.
With extensive experience in organization development practice, policy development, and leadership education, Dr. Lu has contributed significantly to advancing OD scholarship and practice in Asia. His research interests center on organization development interventions, leadership, employee engagement, organizational change, and action research. He has published widely in international journals and edited volumes and continues to mentor doctoral students and OD scholar-practitioners across the region.
