Dr. Chih-Hung Chen received his bachelor’s degree in political science at National Cheng-Chi University, Taiwan.  He graduated from Cornell Institute for Public Affairs with a MPA at Cornell University, USA.  He completed his DBA with a concentration in business management at Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.

     Since 2020, Dr. Chen has served as a full-time faculty at ICO NIDA, where he teaches corporate social responsibility, business model innovation, managerial information technology, global management and related topics to graduate students in business management. His research focuses on corporate social responsibility to generate positive outcomes in the areas of sustainable development and business innovation, and papers have been published in a variety of journals. His paper “Core constructs of corporate social responsibility: a path analysis” won the highly commended award in 2012. Recently, his research tends to combine different subjects, including business model innovation and information technology. Some academic accomplishments are published in several SSCI/Scopus journals.
